摘要
目的:观察中药解痉合剂治疗脑卒中偏瘫后痉挛的临床疗效。方法:将62例脑卒中偏瘫后肌痉挛Ⅱ级以上的患者按简单随机法分为,对照组31例,进行常规康复治疗;治疗组31例,加用解痉合剂治疗。结果:治疗组总有效率为85.4%,对照组为45.2%,两组疗效比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:解痉合剂配合常规康复治疗可能是偏瘫后痉挛的有效治疗方法。
Objective ：To observe the clinical effect of Jiejing Mixture in treating spasticity after apoplectic hemiparalysis. Methods ：62 cases with spasticity after apoplectic hemparalysis were divided into 2 groups ： 31 cases for control group receiving routine rehabilitation therapy and 31 cases for treatment group receiving routine treatment added by Jiejing Mixture. Results ： Treatment group（85.4% ）showed significantly better than control group（45.2% ） in clinical curative effect （ P 〈0.01 ）. conclusion ： The Jiejing Mixture combinning with rehabilitation therapy has better effect in trerating spasticity after apoplectic hemparalysis.
