畲药对慢性乙型肝炎生化指标及HBeAg HBV-DNA的影响

Observe the Curative Effect of the Medicine on Function of Liver HBeAg and HBV-DNA of Chronic Hepatitis B

目的:探索畲药对慢性乙型肝炎的疗效。方法:选择慢性乙型肝炎129例随机分为观察组和对照组,2组在西药常规治疗的基础上,观察组加用畲药乙肝方治疗,3个月后观察症状体征,肝功能,HBeAg,HBV-DNA的变化情况。结果:2组在肝功能指标,HBeAg,HBV-DNA阴转及疗效等方面比较差异均有显著性(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:畲药乙肝方对慢性乙型肝炎有改善症状体征和肝功能作用,对HBV的复制有一定抑制作用。

Objective： Observe the curative effect of She medicine on Chronic Hepatitis B. Methods： 129 cases with chronic hepatitis B were randomly divided into the treated group and control group. They were treated with western medicine ,and treated group was given She medicine, 3 month later, we observed symptom, syndrome ,function of fiver, change of HBeAg, and change of HBV -DNA. Results： Function of fiver, negative conversion effect of HBeAg and HBV - DNA showed singnitlcanfly difference（ P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ） between treated group and control group. Conclusion ： She medicine can improve clinical symptoms and function of fiver on Chronic Hepatitis B, and has Inhibitory effects on HBV virus replication.
