摘要
目的:探讨浙南地区女中学生的心理健康的状况及其特征;研究团体和个别心理辅导相结合的辅导模式,对中学生心理健康的影响。方法:高中一年级女中学生,随机分为研究组及对照组,各约150人。入组时及经结合模式的心理辅导8个月后,采用《症状自评量表(SCL-90)》、《焦虑自评量表(SAS)》、《抑郁自评量表(SDS)》进行心理评估及比较。结果:女中学生心理障碍发生率主要集中在强迫、人际关系敏感、抑郁、焦虑、敌对和偏执等方面,总发生率为22.82%。心理干预后,SCL-90总体得分及7个因子分、SDS及SAS积分明显降低,与对照组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:浙南地区女中学生心理障碍发生率较高。团体结合个别的中学生心理辅导模式,可显著改善女中学生学习期间的心理状态。
Objective : To study the psychological condition and character of female high school students in South - Zhejiang region and to study the influence on psychological health through the combining psychological guidance with combination of group guidance and individual guidance. Methods : Female students of grade 1 in high school were divided into study group and control group, about 150 students per group respectively. On enrollment and on 8 months after combing psychological guidance, psychological assessment and comoarison were done with symptom checklist ( SCL - 90), self- rating anxiety scale (SAS) and self- rating depressive scale (SDS) in the 2 groups respectively. Results : Psychological obstacles in female high school students were mainly about compel, sensitiveness about interpersonal relationship, depression, anxiety, hostility and stubbornly biased. The total incidence rate was 22.82%. After the combining psychological guidance, the total score, of SCL - 90 and score of 7 factors, score of SDS and SAS were all decreased. There was significant difference compared with control group( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion : Incidence rate of psychological obstacle is high in female high school students of South - Zhejiang region. Combining psychological, guidance with combination of group guidance and individual guidance could significantly improve mental state of female high school students during study period.
