我国公办的高等院校普遍实行党委领导下的校长负责制。这一领导体制,经历了半个多世纪的演变,是一个积累经验、总结教训和不断完善的过程。辩证分析现行领导体制,肯定成绩、找准问题,不断探索进一步健全和完善现行领导体制的措施和途径,使高校现行领导体制日臻完善。

The domestic public - operated colleges and universities implement system of the presidents taking over-all responsibility under the leadership of party committee. Such leading system has experienced the evolution over half century, which is one process of accumulating experiences, summarizing lessons and continous improvement. Analyze the concurrent leading system dialectically, affirm achievements, find the problems and keep on probing measures and paths to further complete and improve the concurrent leading system, so as to improve the concurrent leading system of colleges and universities.
