多囊卵巢综合征(polycystic ovary syndrome,PCOS)病因复杂,临床表现多样,故治疗有一定的难度。从中医对本病的认识、病发基础、临床病理分析、各医家对本病的治疗及所取得的疗效各方面论证了肾虚乃本病发病的根本原因,从而也论证了PCOS从肾论治这一理论的合理性和可行性。

The pathogenesis of PCOS is so complex and its clinical symptoms are so varied that the treatment is very dificult. This article demonstrates that the root cause of PCOS lies in the kidney weakness from four aspects, including the understanding of PCOS in Chinese medicine, the basis of flaring up, the analysis of clinical pathology, the treatment of all doctors and the achieved good curative effects. Consequently, it has approved that the treatment of PCOS proceeded from kidney is reasonable and feasible.
