Briefly on Six Fu Organs Cough in NeiJing

六腑咳乃五脏之咳日久不愈,进而迁延六腑所致,是病情的进一步发展。这种由脏及腑的传变方式,反应了咳嗽久而生变,病情由轻转重。因而病因病机多责之五脏之咳,其症状特点则与各腑生理功能或生理特性的失常有密切联系。临床辨证当抓其本质,并结合兼症分而治之。

Six Fu rorgans cough was caused by chrouic five Zang- orgaus cough, that means the disease was further developed. The pathway from five Zang - organs cough to six fu - organs reflects the changes due to long time cough and it grareness ,so the pathogeny is five Zang- organs cough which syndrome was close related to the abnormal of physiological funetion of the uscera, clinic differentiation and treatment should according to nature and syndrome of the disease.
