我国旅游景区开发与管理专业人才需求情况调查与分析

Investigation and Analysis of Person With Professional Ability Needed in Tour Spot in China

随着我国旅游业的快速发展,旅游景区开发速度也在加快,旅游景区已成为旅游业的一个具有广阔发展前景的子行业。旅游景区的快速发展需要大批相应的专业技术人才,然而,与此不相适应的是目前我国旅游景区开发与管理专业人才培养落后于景区对相应人才的需求。作者利用文献资料、问卷调查和实地走访调查资料,分析了目前我国旅游景区对人才的需求情况。

As the rapid development of tourism industry in China, many tour spots are exploited, and tour spot industry has become one of the main branch tourism industry with broad future. The rapid development of tour spot industry needs a large amount of talented professional persons. Nevertheless, not being on speaking terms, the cultivation of professional talented people in Tour Spot Exploitation and Management Specialty is behindhand to the need of the tour spots in China so far. The status of talented people demanded in tour spot was analyzed in this paper by using literature data, questionnaire data and the data from real spot.
