滋水泄浊汤治疗慢性肾功能不全疗效观察

Clinical Observation on Effect of Zishui Xiezhuo Decoction in Treating Chronic Renal Insufficiency

目的:观察滋水泄浊汤治疗慢性肾功能不全的疗效。方法:选择慢性肾功能不全患者60例。随机分成两组,治疗组30例口服滋水泄浊汤,对照组30例为基础治疗,治疗1个月。观察检测两组治疗前后的临床症状体征的变化和血肾功能的变化。结果:治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为83.3%(25/30例)及60.0%(12/30例),两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。治疗组在改善肾功能方面优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:滋水泄浊汤治疗慢性肾功能不全疗效较好。

Objective ：To observe the therapeutic effect of Zishui Xiezhuo Decoction（ZXD） in treating chronic renal insufficiency（CRI）. Methods ：Sixty patients with CRI were selected and randomly assigned into twio groups. The treated group were orally administered with ZXD and the control group were administered with coated aldehyde oxystarch, which is basic and conventional treatment. The therapeutic course was 1 month. The symptom, physical sign, kidney function of patients were observed before and after treatment and the comprehensive clinical efficacy of the treatment was evaluated. Results ：The efficacy rate was 83.3% and 60.0% in the two groups respectively,it was significantly higher in the treated group than that in the control group（ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The improvement of of kidney function in the treated group were superior to those in the control group（ P 〈0.05）. Conclusion ：ZXD is effective in treating chronic renal insufficiency.
