摘要 目的:制定止痛酊的制备工艺及质量标准。方法:用渗漉提取法提取有效成分,制备酊剂,采用TLC法对处方中白芍和红花药材进行定性鉴别;采用HPLC法对栀子中栀子苷进行含量测定。结果:制得的酊剂,在TLC色谱中均能明显地检出白芍和红花;HPLC法测得栀子苷在0-2.860μg浓度范围内,线性关系良好,平均回收率为100.07%,RSD为1.25%。结论:本制剂工艺可行,质控方法简便、准确、专属性强,能有效控制止痛酊的质量。 Objective: To formulate the preparation technology and quality control of Dicentrine. Methods: Extracting the active component by percolate pheresis and preparing tinctura, making qualitative appreciation of paeoniae alba and carthami of prescription by thin - layer - chromatography methods, making assay of jasminoidin of cape jusmine fruit by high performance liquid chromatography. Results: Paeoniae alba and carthami caal be detected obviously in preparing tinctura by thin - layer - chromatography methods, the density of jasminoidin is between 0 - 2.8601a,g by high performance liquid chromatography,linear correlation is fine, average recovery is 100.07%, RSD is 1.25%. Conclusion: The technology of praeparatum is fine, quality control method is convient, accurate and specific, which can control effectively the quality of Dicentrine.
