健脾肾化瘀浊法治疗尿酸性肾病临床研究

Clinical Study of Invigorating Pi Shen and Removing Blood Stasis Method to Theraphy Uric Acid Nephropathy

目的:研究中药泻浊汤合别嘌呤醇治疗尿酸性肾病的临床疗效。方法:将62例尿酸性肾病患者随机分为泻浊汤加别嘌呤醇治疗组(32例)及别嘌呤醇对照组(30例)。结果:治疗组总有效率为87.5%,对照组为56.6%,两组比较有统计学差异(P<0.05);两组均能降低血尿酸,但治疗组能明显降低血肌酐、尿素氮、24h尿蛋白,两组比较有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:泻浊汤合别嘌呤醇治疗尿酸性肾病有较好疗效。

Objective： To study effect of uric acid nephropathy clinic cure by Allopurinol and XieZhou Tang. Methods： 62 uric acid nephropathy patients were divided into therapy groups contain 32 patients were therapied by Allopurinol add to XieZhou Tang and comparison group contain30 patients were therapied only by allopurinol at random. Results： the total effect rate of therapy groups achieved 87.5 percent, while comparison group was 56.6percent and two groups had statistics difference （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; both therapy groups and comparison group UA were decreased, but Crea, Bun and 24hour uric protein iu therapy groups were decreased obviously and two groups had statistics difference （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： therapy uric acid nephropathy by XieZhou Tang and AUopurinol could achieve preferably effect.
