摘要
通过对单圆盘柔性转子系统的实验,利用图形化编程语言-LabVIEW,对不平衡振动信号进行了多种分析处理,主要包括频谱分析、滤波、相关分析,最终计算出不平衡振动量的幅值与相位,确定不平衡量的位置,为利用软件解决旋转机械的动平衡问题提供了重要依据。
In this paper, many kinds of signals using graphic programming language-LabVIEW through the experiment to the system of single flexible rotor are analyzed, mainly including spectral analysis, filter, correlation analysis, The amplitude and phase of imbalance vibration is finally calculates, the position of imbalance vibration is further determined. Important bases in solving transient equilibrium question of rotating machines are provided.
