介绍了拖船绞盘座底板的断裂情况,并在对其材料的技术性能,铸铁的可焊性分析的基础上,确定了手工电弧冷焊的施焊方案,并提出了具体的焊接工艺,顺利地完成了该工件的修复工作。
Cracking of the bottom board of tug capstan seat is introduced. Based on the technical performance of its material and the weldability of cast iron, the plan for manual arc cold welding is determined, specific welding technology is proposed, and so the board is successfully repaired.
