细胞周期调节相关蛋白在肝脏再生中的作用 被引量:3

摘要 肝脏是人体中独特的器官,这种独特性表现在肝脏的再生能力上。正常成人的肝脏细胞大多数处在静息期,只有约1/20000的肝细胞在进行有丝分裂。但是在部分肝脏切除或者肝脏细胞受损坏死之后,剩余的肝脏组织立即开始增殖、分化,进行代偿。残留的肝细胞从G0期快速进入细胞周期,进行DNA的复制,最终产生新的肝脏细胞,弥补受损的肝脏。
