摘要
本文用联立方程组的新方法对肌苷注射液中肌苷的含量进行了测定，方法简便。快速、准确。线性关系良好，平均回收率（n＝5）为100.2％。本法还可测定注射液中苯甲酸钠的含量。
Inosine in inosine injection was assayed by a new solution of simultaneous equations. The method is simple, rapid and accurate. Inosine has good linear relation, the recovery(n =5)is 100. 2 %. The method may determine the content of sodium benzoate in inosine injection at the same time.
