中药治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎疗效分析

Clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine in treating chronic atrophic gastritis

[目的]探求中医治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG)的有效方法。[方法]将78例CAG患者随机分为中药治疗组(46例)和对照组(32例)进行疗效观察。[结果]治疗组临床总有效率为78.26%,其中临床症状改善总有效率为89.13%,胃镜下形态改善总有效率为84.78%,病理变化总有效率为71.74%,清除幽门螺杆菌(Hp)总有效率为80.00%,治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]提示中药具有缓解和消除症状,改善胃镜下形态,清除Hp的作用。

[Objective] To explore the effective method in treating chronic atrophic gastritis（CAG）. [Methods] The patients with CAG were randomly divided into TCM treatment group and Weifuchun tablet control group. The curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine before and after treatment was observed. [Results] The total effective rate was 78.26% and the total effective improvement of clinical symptoms was 89.13%. The total effective improvement of morphologic changes under gastroscope was 84.78%, the total effective of them was 71.74%, the total effective of HP elimination was 80.00%. The effective rate of treatment group was obviously better than that of control group（P〈0.05）. [Conclusions] The traditional Chinese medicine may relieve and eliminate the clinical symptoms, improve the morphologic lesion under gastroscope and eliminate Hp.
