亚健康是机体阴阳气血偏离平衡的一种状态,病理性体质是亚健康状态的物质基础,反映了亚健康形成的内在机制,亚健康状态则是病理体质的表现特征和外显形式,体质因素是亚健康发生的内因,也是亚健康证型形成的内在依据,因此辨体论治是调理亚健康的有效手段。

Sub-health is thought to be caused by imbalance between yin and yang. Pathologic constitution is the material basis of sub-health, reflecting the internal mechanism of the formation of sub-health. Sub-health is the external characters and expression of the pathologic constitution. So treatment based on the differentiation of the constitution is an effective method to regulate the sub-health.
