摘要
训练模式的评估选择是装备训练中必须解决的关键问题之一。结合逼近于理想的技术和灰关联分析技术,提出了一种基于理想训练模式数据列的灰色关联分析评估技术。根据所有训练模式的训练效果构成的决策矩阵,构造正的理想训练模式和负的理想训练模式参考数据列,并进行所有训练模式数据列的灰色关联分析,建立使训练效果最大化的目标函数而求得该训练模式的训练效果评估系数,从而根据训练效果评估系数的大小排序就可选择对应的最佳训练模式。最后对某通信对抗装备训练中采取的几种训练模式进行了评估仿真,结果表明建立的模型合理,算法可行。
Assessment and selection of the training mode is one of the key factors in the equipment training process. Based on the ideal reference sequence, a new grey relational analysis method which combines technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution (TOPSIS) and the grey relational theory was proposed. According to the training effect of all training modes, the decision matrix was gained and the positive and the negative ideal reference sequences were constructed. Then the grey relational grade between the positive and the negative ideal reference sequence and the comparison sequence of each training mode were calculated. The training effect assessment coefficient of each training mode was acquired subsequently through an optimal function that maximizes the training effect and then the best training mode could be chosen by their order. Finally, with the help of computer simulation, three training modes in a communication electronic warfare equipment training were analyzed and the rationality and feasibility of the proposed method were proved.
