摘要
试用欧乃派克胶液（ＩｏｈｅｘｏｌＣｏｌｏｉｄａｌＳｏｌｕｔｉｏｎ，ＩＣＳ）做支气管造影１８例。ＩＣＳ支气管造影图像清晰，对比好，造影剂均匀涂抹在粘膜表面，不阻塞管腔，排出吸收快，副作用小。ＩＣＳ既克服了离子型造影剂刺激性大和易引起肺水肿的缺点，又克服了单独使用非离子型造影剂流动太快，易进入肺泡，摄片时机难以掌握的不足。结果表明，ＩＣＳ是一种理想的支气管造影剂。
The clinical application of bronchography with Iohexol Colloidal Solution(ICS) in 18 patients was reported in this paper.The bronchograms were excellent with a high degree of radiological opacity.ICS was uniformly smeared onto the bronchial mucosa,forming an empty tube image without obstruction of the lumen.Its excretion and absorption was rapid with little side effect.The disadvantages of non-ionic contrast medium when used solitarily,such as easy to enter into the pulmonary alveoli and difficult to take bronchograms duo to its rapid flow,as well as the shortages of ionic contrast medium,such as obvious irritation and liable to cause pulmonary edema,were overcome by the use of ICS.The results showed that ICS would be an ideal contrast medium for bronchography.
