高血压脂蛋白的测定

DETECTION OF LIPOPROTEIN IN PATIENTS WITH HYPERTENSION

测定１３８例高血压患者血脂总胆固醇（ＴＣ）、甘油三酯（ＴＧ）、高密度脂蛋白（ＨＤＬ－Ｃ），载脂蛋白ＡＰＯＡ、ＡＰＯＢ，与对照组对比，结果表明：高血压组ＴＣ、ＴＧ、ＡＰＯＢ明显增高（Ｐ＜００５）。ＨＤＬ－Ｃ、ＡＰＯＡ降低。各组中女性的ＨＤＬ－Ｃ水平较男性增高。提示高血压患者随着ＴＧ、ＴＣ及ＡＰＯＢ增高和ＡＰＯＡ／ＡＰＯＢ比值的下降促使动脉硬化的程度加重。女性ＨＤＬ－Ｃ增高与雌激素水平无明显关系，与睾丸酮的水平有关。脂代谢紊乱与高血压的分期无相关性。

Lipoproteins in blood plasma such as total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride (TG),high density lipoprotein (HDL), apoprotein A (APOA), Apoprotein B (APOB) were detected in 138 cases of patients with primary hypertension. The results showed that TC, TG, APOB in creased (P<005) but HDL, APOA decreased in hypertension group. The level of HDL in females is higher than in males. The hypertensives with increased TC,TG,APOB and decreased ratio of APOA/APOB will have suffered from a severe arteriosclerosis. The increase of HDL in females is related to the level of testosterone, but not to that of estrogen. There is no correlation between the disturbance of lipoprotein and the stages of hypertension.
