摘要
目的:研究正常牙侧运动中力的动态变化特征。方法:选择25名咬合正常的受试者,用PVDF动态力仪测量侧运动中下颌第一磨牙力动态曲线,对最大力峰值进行分析。结果:侧运动中下颌第一磨牙力峰值平均为26~28kg,力变化可分为5个阶段。主要咀嚼功能侧的最大力值大于非主要功能侧。结论:采用PVDF动态力仪,我们明确了侧运动中正常牙的力动态变化特征,功能刺激对力值具有一定影响。
Objective: The aim of this study was to determine the dynamic characters of bite force changing in laterotrusions with maximal force. Methods: 25 students with normal occlusion were selected. A PVDF piezoelectrical transducer-based instrument for dynamic bite force measuring was used for dynamic bite force recording. The peak value was analyzed. Results: The mean peak value of bite force of natural first lower molars during laterotrusions were 26 to 28 kg, and the courses of bite force changing pattern might be divided into 5 phases. The peak values in the preferring prefered working sides were higher than the other sides. Conclusion: Using the PVDF piezoelectrical transducer-based instrument, we realized the dynamic characters of bite force changing in laterotrusions. Functional stimulation influenced the peak values of bite force.
