烤瓷和附着体联合修复重度磨耗的修复效果

The effect of fixed-removable prostheses in the reconstraction and restoration of occlusion of severe tooth wear

目的:探讨运用烤瓷和附着体联合修复,对重度磨耗且伴牙列缺损患者进行重建的疗效。方法:对9例患重度磨耗病例制作烤瓷和附着体联合修复前后情况分析。结果:修复后牙列的形态与咬合,面下1/3高度适度恢复,咀嚼功能明显改善。结论:烤瓷和附着体联合修复对于重度磨耗且伴牙列缺损患者是一种较好的修复治疗方法,具有美观、舒适,咀嚼效能高的作用。

Objective： To discuss the treatment of tooth wear with fixed-removable prostheses. Method： 9 patients were treated with fixed-removable prostheses to observe the clinical effects before and after treatment. Result： The results showed that the lower of third of the face had been reestablished, the patients＇ clinical symptoms and their masticatory efficiency improved. Conclusion： Fixed-removable prostheses are effective method of tooth wear treatment.
