阿霉素注射治疗老年三叉神经痛的临床观察

Clinical study of peripheral nerve branch injection with adriamycin in the treatment of senior primary trigeminal neuralgia

目的:探讨阿霉素外周神经分支注射治疗老年原发性三叉神经痛的疗效。方法:对56例老年原发性三叉神经痛患者进行外周神经分支注射阿霉素治疗,1年后观察疗效。结果:随访到54例,其中48例疼痛缓解,疼痛缓解率为88.89%。结论:阿霉素外周神经分支注射治疗老年原发性三叉神经痛创伤小、并发症少,效果可靠。

Objective： To evaluate the therapeutic effect of peripheral nerve branch injection with adriamycin in the treatment of senior primary trigeminal neuralgia. Method： 56 cases of senior primary trigeminal neuralgia Selected andtreated by peripheral nerve branch injection with adriamycin. After 12 months, the clinical effects were observed. Result： 54 cases were followed up. Pain was relieved in 48 cases with relief rate of 88.89%. Conclusion： peripheral nerve branch injection with adriamycin is effective in treating senior primary trigeminal neuralgia, with little insult and complication.
