摘要
为了控制高渗透层段水窜,提高最终采收率,在萨北开发区水驱井上进行了氮气调剖控制无效循环技术现场试验。根据预测分析结果,进行了施工方案设计。3口井共施工81d,累计注泡沫剂4477m3,注氮气100.7×104m3,累计气液比1.12∶1,注入地下气液总体积9512m3。3口井实际注入发泡剂平均浓度分别为0.3%、0.6%和0.9%;聚合物平均浓度分别为1.103%、0.168%和0.106%。措施后,注水启动压力有所上升,吸水剖面得到改善,经过81d氮气驱后,累计增油2569t,中心井有效期长达12个月以上,投入产出比1∶2.08,经济效益显著。
The field experiment of slack circulation control by means of the profile adjusting by nitrogen in water-flooded production wells of Sabei development unit is implemented in order to control .the finger advance in high permeable layers and enhance the ultimate recovery.According to the prediction and analysis, operation project is designed.The operation time of three wells is totally 81d and the foam of 4477m^3 is injected.Nitrogen of 100.7×10^4m^3 is injected.The gas-liquid ratio is 1.12:1 and the total liquid volume injected is 9512m^3.The foaming agent concentration for three wells is respectively 0.3%,0.6% and 0.9%.The polymer concentration is 1.103%,0.168% and 0.106%.After taking measures,the starting pressure for injection is increased and water entry profile is improved.After the nitrogen flooding for 81d,the oil production is accumulated to be 2569t.The valid period for center well is over 12 months. The input-output ratio is 1:2.08 and economic benefit is obvious.
