晕复静对豚鼠诱发性运动病的作用 被引量:3

Effects of Yunfujing on induced motion sickness in guinea pigs

摘要 目的探讨中成药晕复静对豚鼠诱发性运动病的作用。方法将15只健康豚鼠分成三组:A组(n=5)肌注庆大霉素(250mgkg-1d-1)3天;B组(n=5)口服抗眩晕中药晕复静1片后1h;C组(n=5)给动物口服安慰剂1片,1h后进行正弦摆动下的眼震电图(ENG)记录和加速度旋转过程中胃电图(EGG)记录,与平静状态下和用药前的记录相比较,并用电镜进行内耳形态学观察。结果①旋转加速度刺激使EGG振幅明显增加。②当前庭性眼震明显减弱,前庭终器部分受损时,加速度刺激不能诱发豚鼠的EGG变化。③晕复静能降低前庭摆动性眼震和旋转加速度刺激引起的EGG振幅变化。结论旋转加速度可做为豚鼠运动病的诱发方式。EGG振幅的改变可做为豚鼠运动病模型的客观评判指标。晕复静确能有效地抑制豚鼠诱发性运动病的前庭眼反射和前庭植物神经反射。 Objective The purpose of this study is to explore effects of Yunfujing on induced motion sickness in guinea pigs. Methods Fifteen guinea pigs with normal pinna reflex served as subjects. Baseline electrogastrogram (EGG) as well as EEG and electronystagmogram(ENG) during vestibular swing of each subject were researched. The animals were randomly divided into 3 groups:to group A geutamicin 250 mg·kg -1 ·d -1 was given intramuscularly for 3 days ;to group B Yunfujing (1 tablet),a kind of patent traditional Chinese anti motion sickness drug, was given orally;and to group C 1 tablet of placebo was given instead. One hour later ENG and EEG during rotation in Barany chair were recorded for comparison. Results ①The amplitude of EGG during rotation was significantly higher than that of baseline EGG.②In group A, as the vestibular apparatus was partially damaged, the vestibular nystagmus significantly lowered than that of baseline, and amplitude of EGG remain unchanged during rotation.③In group B frequency of vestibular nystagmus decreased and amplitude of EEG during rotation significantly lower than that in group C. Conclusion Rotation in Barany chair can be used as a way to induce motion sickness in guinea pigs. Yunfujing can effectively inhibit vestibule automatic and vestibulo ocular reflexes of induced motion sickness.
