正加速度对大鼠肾功能和组织结构的影响 被引量:10

Effect of +G Z on renal function and structure in rats.

摘要 目的观察加速度(+GZ)作用后血清中尿素氮(BUN)、肌酐(Cr)、碱性磷酸酶(AKP)、β2-微球蛋白(β2-M)和Ca2+浓度及肾脏病理改变。方法48只雄性大鼠随机分为4组,每组12只。地面未受附加+GZ暴露为A组,受+1GZ为B组,+10GZ为C组和D组。B组与C组在第3次加速度作用(每次3min,间隔40min,共3次)后10min处死。D组在24h后处死,测上述指标。结果以B组为对照组,C组BUN有显著增高(P<0.01)。D组Ca2+、β2-M有明显升高(P<0.05)。BUN是恢复至正常最快的肾功能指标。受+10GZ重复作用后,光镜下见肾脏血管呈收缩改变,电镜下见肾小球及肾小管的细胞、线粒体有病理改变。结论+10GZ的重复暴露对大鼠肾脏功能和结构都有损害。 Objective To observe harmful effect of +G Z on renal function and structure in rats. Methods Forty eight male Wistar rats were randomly divided into four groups( n =12 for each group). Group A served as ground control. Group B were repeatedly exposed to +1 G Z while group C and Group D exposed to +10 G Z for 3 min in animal centrifuge (3 times, with 40 min interval in between). Blood samples of group B and group C were collected 10 min after +G Z exposure, and those of group D collected 24 h after exposure, for blood urea nitrogen (BUN), creatinine (Cr), alkaline phosphetase(AKP), Ca 2+ and β 2 microglobulin (β 2 M) examination. At the same time,of kidney were taken for microscopic and electron microscopic examination. Results In comparision with group A, BUN,Cr, AKP,and Ca 2+ levels in group B were significantly elevated, while β 2 M remained unchanged. In comparison with group B, BUN in group C, and β 2 M, Ca 2+ in group D were significantly increased ( P <0.05). In microscopic examination vasoconstriction was observed, and in electron microscopic examination pathological changes of ultrastructure and mitochondria of glomeruli and renal tubules were found in rats after repeated +10 G Z exposure. Conclusion Repeated +10 G Z exposure may exert harmful effects on renal function and structure in rats. The elevated BUN following repeated +10 G Z exposure restore to normal within 24 h.
