摘要 目的分析胃间质瘤(GST)的CT表现特征,探讨CT对其诊断价值。资料与方法回顾性分析经手术及病理证实的10例GST患者的CT资料,并将大体病理所见与CT表现相对照。结果10例中黏膜下型2例,肌壁间型7例,浆膜下型1例;肿瘤主体位于胃内4例,位于胃外6例;胃大弯侧6例,胃小弯侧4例。10例中恶性6例,良性3例,不能定性者1例。CT表现为外生性或内生性肿块,肿块最大径约3.1~17.3cm,<5cm者3例,≥5cm者7例。肿块密度不均匀,呈囊实性,实性部分轻至中度强化,瘤内点状钙化灶2例,6例高度恶性肿物表现边缘强化,中心大片低密度。结论GST的CT表现具有一定特点,CT检查有助于GST的定位,以及观察肿瘤与周围组织结构关系。 Objective To investigate the CT features of gastric stromal tumors (GST) and its diagnostic value. Materials and Methods The CT imaging data of 10 cases with GST confirmed by operatively and pathology were analyzed retro- spectively,the gross pathologic findings of the tumors were compared with the manifestations of CT. Results Among 10 cases with GST, there were submucosa in 2 cases, intersarcoparies in 7 cases, subserosa in 1 cases. Main body of tumor located in gastric in 4 cases, located outside gastric in 6 cases, located in greater gastric curvature in 6 cases, lesser gastric curvature in 4 cases. 6 cases were malignant, 3 cases were benign, 1 was not sure to he malignant or benign. 10 cases showed as exogenous or endogenous mass with diameter of 3.1 - 17.3cm,3 cases were less than 5cm, and 7 cases were larger than 5cm. The tumors were cystic - solid with inhomogenous attenuation, the solid potion of tumors enhanced slightly and moderately, punctate calcification was seen in 2 GST. There were central hypodeasity areas in the masses as well as peripheral enhancement in 6 patients with high - grade malignancy. Conclusion CT findings of GST has some features, which is helpful for locating the tumor and observation of the relationship of the tumor and surrounding structures.
