支气管哮喘患儿血清12种微量元素、钙镁水平变化及其与T细胞亚群的关系

CHANGE OF 12 KINDS OF TRACE ELEMENTS AND Ca,Mg IN SERUM AND RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THE TRACE ELEMENTS AND T LYMPHOCYTE SUBSETS IN CHILDREN WITH BRONCHIAL ASTHMA

检测２１例支气管哮喘患儿血清１２种微量元素、钙镁含量，以及外周血Ｔ细胞亚群等变化。结果：哮喘组血清锌、铁、铜、锂、钙均值明显低于对照组，血清铬均值高于对照组；ＣＤ＋３、ＣＤ＋８细胞百分率及Ｔ细胞增殖反应较对照组显著降低，ＣＤ＋４／ＣＤ＋８比值则显著增高。提示哮喘患儿存在多种微量元素水平降低或缺乏，与Ｔ细胞亚群及功能失调有一定关系。

Concentration of 12 kinds of trace elements and Ca,Mg in serum and T lymphocyte subsets in peripheral blood were measured in 21 children with bronchial asthma.Compared with controls,the means of Zu,Fe,Cu,Li,Ca were decreased and Cr was increased significantly,the percentages of CD + 3,CD + 8cell and T lymphocyte proliferative function were also lowered,but the rate of CD + 4/CD + 8cell was raised in asthma group.The results suggest that patients with asthma exist deficiency or insufficiency of many kinds of trace elements in serum,and the trace elements deficiency or insufficiency is related to the irregulation of T lymphocyte subsets.
