寻常型痤疮炎性皮损LC及T淋巴细胞亚群的对比观察

OBSERVATIONS OF LANGERHANS CELLS AND T LYMPHOCYTE SUBSETS IN INFLAMMATORY LESION OF ACNE VULGARIS

为阐明痤疮局部炎症反应性质，应用ＭｃＡｂ－ＡＢＣ染色法对炎性痤疮病人化脓性及非化脓性皮损局部进行免疫效应细胞标记。结果：在炎症早期ＣＤ１ａ与ＭＮＣｓ相混，分布于毛囊周围，浸润的Ｔ细胞以ＣＤ３、ＣＤ４、淋巴细胞为主，大多数Ｔ细胞ＤＲ抗原阳性，呈激活状态。

To elucidate the local inflammatory nature of acne vulgaris,McAb ABC staining was used to analyze the surface marker and function character of immunocompetent cells in pustulous and non pustulous lesions.The results showed that the infiltrate cells consisted chiefly of CD 3,CD 4 and lymphocyte cells and were active as they expressed HLA DR antigen.The number of the CD + la ,CD + 3,CD + 4and CD + 8 cells in lesions were statistical difference compared with normal controls.CD la cells were arranged closely around the follicles and mixed in mononuclear cells.
