摘要 基因芯片的图像分析软件是集成算法与应用的高复杂性软件,在开发中不可能由单一程序员完成,因此模块化分工编程是这种复杂软件开发的必由之路。在基因图像分析软件中采用一种模块化设计的实现过程,即通过COM组件,跨语言、跨平台地实现软件的模块化,并且利用聚合技术实现了组件级继承,可充分实现科研软件的升级和功能递延。 Automatic microarray image analysis is a complicated software approach integrating arithmetic and applications. As it is impossible to build it alone, modularization must be implemented in the R&D processes. In a system's design and realization of such software with COM modules, the advantages of which are cross-process and cross-platform. COM aggregations are applied to realize translatability at module level. Such approaches provide a useful platform facilitating the upgrade and expansion of the microarray image analysis software.
