摘要
在原企业管理信息系统基础上,为充分利用日益增长的海量数据,针对其在决策支持方面的不足,提出了一种基于数据仓库、联机分析处理和数据挖掘3项技术的销售决策支持系统。讨论了系统总体结构,对系统数据仓库、多维数据集和数据挖掘模型进行了设计研究,以及报告了系统在三层客户服务器模式下实现的关键技术和实现方法。经初步测试,该系统是适用和可靠的。
Based on the MIS of enterprise, in order to make use of large amounts of operation data sufficiently, for shortcoming of the decision support in former system, a selling decision support systems based on technology of data warehouse, OLAP and data mining is presented. Architecture of the system is discussed. Data warehouse, multidimensional dataset and data mining model are designed and studied. Under the precondition of system implement in three level client/server model, the key technology and method are reported. The system is applicable and reliable in first testing.
