摘要
随着Internet/Intranet的快速发展和校园网络的逐步形成,建立适应需求变化的科研管理信息系统日益成为各高校的迫切要求。通过对高职院校科研管理自身特点的分析,提出了将易用性、灵活性、开放性作为构建科研管理信息系统的3大设计原则。该系统采用成熟的三层体系结构,在.NET平台上,依托数据库实现了科研信息的采集、净化、整合和共享,有力地推动了科研管理工作向规范、准确、简便、高效方向的发展。
With the fast development oflntemet/Intranet and the building of campus network step by step, to develop a scientific research information management system suitable for different requirements is becoming more and more urgent for colleges and academies. Through analyzing to the characteristics of scientific research management, three main design principles of constructing a scientific research management information system are brought forward, which is easiness, flexibility and opening. This database system is designed on. NET platform by adopting mature three-layer system structure. It realize the collecting, purifying, conforming and sharing of scientific research information. It make the management work of scientific research become more standardized, more exact, more simple and convenient and more effective.
