摘要 本文采用高效毛细管电泳(HPCE)法,对乳腺癌细胞中核糖核酸酶抑制因子(RI)的基因表达产物进行检测。结果表明,HPCE法具有微量、快速、准确和重现性好等特点,并可以对检测结果作统计学处理,是基因表达研究中一种较好的定量检测方法。 We have studied the gene expreession of ribonuclease inhibitor (RI) by using high performance capillary electrophoresis(HPCE).The result shows that the method is micro amount ,quick and accurate.The result can be dealt with statistics.We consider that the HPCE is a better quantitative method in studing gene expression.
