正常大鼠胃液成分检测及胃粘膜形态学特征的初探

Studes on the essentile feature of gastric juice components and gastric mucosa histology in normal rats

用ＳＤ大鼠检测正常状态下胃液成分及血清胃泌素，并观察胃粘膜形态学特征及幽门螺杆菌的检出情况，采用多指标同步测试的实验方法进行分析探讨。通过上述指标及相关分析，为大鼠胃液的ｐＨ、游离酸、胃蛋白酶、粘液、胆汁酸、脱氧核糖核酸、血中胃泌素及胃粘膜形态特征提供了基本数据。

The examination of some gastric juice components,gastric mucosa histologic changes,serum gastric and the detection of CLO like organisms were researched in normal SD rats.The statistical data was used the method of multiple indexies to synchronously analyse the relationship among the level of pH,free acids,bile acids,pepsin,DNA,and in mucin gastric juice;the gastric mucosa histologic changs;the contents of serum gastric and gastric mucosa histologic charter,and the position detection rate of the CLO like orgamisms,the results provid the essential data about them.
