白内障囊外摘除术中的晶体后囊破裂

The Lens psoterior capsular rupture during the extracapsular cataract extraction (Abstract)

本文作者报告在白内障囊外摘除后房人工晶体植入术中的后囊破裂。在９４６只眼手术中有６３只眼后囊破裂，发生率为６．６％，其中４８只眼（７６．１９％）发生于抽吸皮质中，９只眼（１４．２８％）在娩核过程，以及６只眼（９．５３％）在人工晶体植入之前或以后。后囊破裂主要因素为机械损伤。６３眼中有３３眼（５２．３％）仍能成功地植入后房人工晶体。认为防止术中后囊破裂和改进处理能力，对于顺利完成Ｉ期眼内人工晶体植入术极为重要。

$$$$ Sun Hongchen,Huang Hongshen Dept. of Ohpthalmology,the First Affiliated Hospital,Dalian Medical UniversityAbstract In this paper,the authors reported the lens posterion capsular rupture(PCR)in extracapsular cataract extraction (ECCE) and posterior chamber intraocular lens(IOL)implantation.There were 63 eyes with PCR in 946 eyes of these operative procedures.The incidence was 6 6%.The PCR in 48 eyes(76 19%) occured in the course of aspiration of cortex,9 eyes (14 28%)during manual expression of the nucleus,and 6 eyes(9 53%)before of after the IOL implantation.The main factor of PCR was injured by machine.Of 63 eyes,33 eyes(52 3%)were implanted the posterior chamber IOL successfully.It is considered that the prevention of PCR and improvement of management ability intraoperatively are very important for the IOL 1-stage implantation.
