摘要
本文观察了不同温度,不同时间,不同采血条件对保存的血浆中抗凝血酶-Ⅲ(AT-Ⅲ)、蛋白C(PC)、蛋白S(PS)的活性影响。结果显示蛋白C活性最不稳定,在32℃条件下,硅化管与普通玻璃管保存血浆24小时(h)其活性分别只相当于即刻的55%和42%,在室温(20℃)、冰箱(4℃、-20℃)硅化管与玻璃管保存24h,则分别为69%和56%,76%和80%,87%和87%。AT-Ⅲ、PS对温度变化比较稳定,但随着保存时间的延长活性也有逐渐下降的趋势,20℃,2h、6h、24h,AT-Ⅲ、PS活性分别为即刻的95%、87%、80%;91%、81%、77%。AT-Ⅲ在-20℃保存48h稳定性较好,为101%;PS在-20℃,48h活性为即刻检测结果的85%。
