针对具有大悬臂齿的镁合金散热器型材的特点,设计出了与传统分流模不同的假分流模。这种假分流模的成功设计和应用,为壁厚相差悬殊的实心型材的模具设计提供了新的思路和途径。
According to the characteristics of magnesium alloy radiator profile, a kind of pseudo sectional mould is designed and applied to the extruding production successfully, which advances a new idea and way for designing the dies used for the solid profile with a great disparity in wall thickness.
