摘要 搅拌摩擦焊(FSW)是一种新型的固态焊接技术。作为一种新技术,还存在着许多问题需要更深入广泛地研究,如材料的流动、温度场、接头的残余应力等。本文介绍了 FSW 残余应力的试验测量方法和有限元数值模拟方法的研究进展,以及 FSW 接头残余应力控制技术,分析了接头残余应力的影响因素,揭示了 FSW焊接接头残余应力分布的一般规律。 Friction stir welding is a new solid joint technique. There is a great deal of problems, such as the flow of material, temperature field and residual stress, need to be studied widely. This paper presents the development of both experimental measurement and the finite element numerical simulation of residual stress of FSW joint. Moreover, it reveals some effect factors of residual stress and the radical distribution regularity of the FSW weld' s residual stress, and then introduces the control technique.
