摘要
社区警务、社区矫正与修复性司法都强调整合社区资源、增强社区凝聚力、广泛发动社会公众参与预防和控制犯罪。它们并称为积极性刑事司法的三大支柱,被认为代表了21世纪刑事司法发展的方向,也是当前犯罪学研究中的热点问题。
Community Policing, Community Correction and Restorative Justice all emphasize the integration of community resources, the enhancement of community cohesive force, the abroad mobilization of the social public to participation in crime prevention and crime control. They are called three props of the proaetive criminal justice, and considered as the development direction of criminal justice in 21st century. They also are several hot issues in current criminology research.
