在行政执法实践中,经常有行政机关以自我纠错为由,对多年前做出的行政行为予以撤销。这对行政机关而言,是履行自我监督的职责;但对行政相对人而言,撤销早已生效的行政行为,会对其现有的生活秩序造成影响。在理论上,行政机关的自我纠错与行政行为的不可变更力理论更是一对矛盾。

In the administrative law enforcement practice, there are administrative organs, on the grounds of correcting error by themselves, fi＇equently cancel the administrative action that was made many years ago. As to the administrative organ, this is to fulfill their duty of self-supervision. As to relative administration people, this will surely cause influence on the existing life order.
