2001年以来,欧盟在管理方式、信息披露、公司监管、股东利益保护等方面对公司法进行了系统化的革新。这对从体系结构、公司监管以及股东利益保护等方面进一步完善我国公司法具有重要的借鉴意义。

From the 2001, the company law reform has been made by European Competition. The reform involved the standard of the management, information＇s effective exposure, enhancement of the company＇s supervisions and the protection of the shareholder＇s benefit. This reform will affect Chinese company law system, the legal of the company＇s supervisions and the protection of the shareholder＇ s benefit.
