职业化背景下法官性格的重塑

通常所言的法官是指具有独特性格的法律人,但在职业化背景下,法官最基本的性格应当是专业、中立、独立。而当前我国司法实践中的法官缺乏这些应有的基本性格。因此,在我国,重塑法官性格对实现法官职业化来说尤其重要。

Under the background of judge＇s professional the judge is the law people with unique personality. The author thinks that the most basic personalities of the judge under judge＇s professional background is specialty, neutrality, independence; but the judge＇s personality is disappear in practice, and how to rebuild the judge＇s personality is very important.
