班主任的“爱”与“严”

摘要 多年来从事班主任工作,使笔者深刻体会到,要做好班主任工作就必须始终体现一个“爱”字,着力突出一个“严”字,在对学生的“严”与“爱”之问实现和谐统一。班主任的“爱”,具体可以体现为四种“心”,即责任心、宽容心、尊重心和公平心。班主任的“严”,应当把握分寸,体现为严而有度、严而有情、严而有别、严而有理。一个优秀的班主任,要在“爱”与“严”的两重奏中,充分调动学生自我教育、自我管理、自服务的能动性。 for many years has been engaged in the teacher in charge to work, causes the author profoundly to realize, must complete the teacher in charge to work must throughout manifest "to love the" character, wears strength prominent "Yan"zi, in likes between "to student's" Yan "and" realizing the harmonious unification.
