摘要
“差班”其实并不差，我们只是与优秀有差距，相信老师只要对教育的热爱对学生喜爱，我们就会去缩短，去追赶、去超越这种差距。文章笔者的作为“关生”班主任，很鲜明地阐述了自己的治班方略及收获。
