摘要
教师被誉为人类灵魂的工程师，教师良好的人格魅力是促使学生健康成长的重要因素，是社会进步的价值尺度，所以，学生的健康成长与教师的影响是分不开的。凡是成功的教师，无论处于哪个级别的学校，无不以其人格之光照亮学生的心灵。从一定意义上讲，教育目的是实现人格的成长，而教师的人格魅力潜移默化地影响着学生的人格发展，文中笔者根据多年的教学感悟，很鲜明地阐述了自己的看法。
