摘要
质量目标可以激发员工的工作热情,引导员工自发地努力为实现企业的总体目标做出贡献,对提高产品质量、改进作业效果有其他激励方式不可替代的作用。介绍了ISO9001:2000对质量目标的要求,讨论了如何建立企业的质量目标及应注意的问题。
The quality objectives can stir up the employee＇s enthusiasm, encourage the employee to make contribution to general objectives of the enterprises, and improve product quality and work effect. The requirements of ISO9001：2000 for quality objectives are introduced, as well as the way to establish quality objectives and the cautions are discussed.
