采用电熔镁铬砂、电熔镁砂作原料;基质细化,基质富Cr2O3,生产出一种抗侵蚀性和耐剥落性均衡的高级镁铬砖。通过光学显微镜和电子显微镜,对原砖及用后残砖的显微结构进行详细的剖析,"以图象做数据"形象地论述原砖及用后残砖的微观组织结构及蚀变机制。
An advanced magnesite-chrome brick with good corrosion resistance and peel-off resistance is produced using the fused magnesite-chrome clinker and fused magnesia sand as the raw materials by means of refining matrix and richening matrix with Cr2O3. The microstructures of the original and residual bricks are anatomized and analyzed in detail through OM and SEM. The microstructure and corrosion mechanism of the original and residual brick are approached visually by "image as data".
