毛麻混纺产品的工艺参数优化

摘要 通过对毛麻原料性能及物理指标的分析,制定了常规生产工艺进行试生产。运用数理统计方法,分析出影响毛麻混纺产品制成率的主要因素是精梳机工艺参数及混纺以后的回潮,从而优化出最佳工艺参数及原料配比,进一步确定了毛麻加工所适应的工艺路线及回潮要求,对降低毛麻产品纺纱细纱断头、节约原料及新产品的开发有很大的启发。 By analysing the characteristic of wool and flax, it worked out the normal process to produce the wool and flax blending product. It used many kinds of comparison diagrams, such as curve diagram, columm diagram, to analyse the influencing factors. The conclusion is that the combing and moisture regain of blending top are the major factors. The optimum process data, the percentage of wool and flax were comfirmed. It is useful to reduce broken end on the spinning, save the material.
