摘要
羊毛织物具有穿着舒适、手感柔软、外观独特等特点,但染整加工过程中需要加入大量助剂,随废水排放到环境中,造成了严重的水污染。超临界二氧化碳染色技术是一种新型的染整技术,它具有染色时间短、匀染透染性好、染后不用还原清洗等优点,且整个染色过程中不会造成任何污染。文章介绍了超临界二氧化碳染色法的基本原理,对国内外超临界二氧化碳染色技术在毛纺织品中的研究现状作了全面分析,并对其发展前景进行了展望。
The wool textiles are comfortable and look nice. Liquid waste was masked in the dyeing and finishing process. Superefitical carbon dioxide dyeing is free for environment. It's a green dyeing and finishing method and can be used in the wool textiles after finishing. The theory of supercritical carbon dioxide dyeing was introduced and the research advances in application of supercritical carbon dioxide method on wool textiles all over the world were overviewed in the article.
