摘要
运用现代企业理论的基本结论，对现有几种中国运输企业改革的思路，进行了分析评价，认为中国铁路运输企业改革应主要采用“上、下分离”
The paper analyzed and evaluated current thoughts of the reform of transportation enterprises of China by applying basic conclusions of modern enterprise theory,and held that the pattern of “separating the upper and lower levels” should be adopted in the reform of China's transportation enterprises.
