联合培养是新时期人才培养的新模式,它打破地区、国界、体制的限制,将教学资源进行有效融合,从而大大提高人才培养的效率。现代战争要求军队医院加快现代化建设的步伐,而军队医院的现代化首先应该是人才的现代化,通过建立联合培养机制,与地方大学合作培养高层次、高素质人才符合军队医院现阶段发展的要求。
